Step 2: add proper amount of water to the pressure cooker (it's better to add enough water at one time, because if you add more water midway, it may affect the taste of the soup). Put cold water into the stick bone, cover it and boil it
Step 3: after boiling, there will be some foam in the soup. Step 5: cook for about 20-30 minutes, then turn off the heat. (because the bones are hard, it takes a longer time to cook. I'm the kind that all the bones are crisp, so I can eat everything. It's environmentally friendly ~) 7.
