Corn and carrot stick soup
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: wash all the raw materials, drain the water, chop the bone into large pieces (I bought it in the supermarket, because I don't have a bone chopping knife at home), cut the corn into sections of similar size, cut the carrot into large pieces, cut the green onion into sections, soak the soybean in boiling water in advance, and put the filtered water into a container for use; take a container and put the bone into it, add a little salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and wine I use Erguotou. I don't like the taste of cooking wine, hehe Pepper, starch, grasp well, salt for 15 minutes
Step 2: add proper amount of water to the pressure cooker (it's better to add enough water at one time, because if you add more water midway, it may affect the taste of the soup). Put cold water into the stick bone, cover it and boil it
Step 3: after boiling, there will be some foam in the soup. Take a spoonful to float the foam off the surface, and then pour in corn, carrots, scallions and ginger slices (those who don't like the taste of ginger can not put it. This time, because I hurt my hand, it is said that eating ginger will grow meat shoots, so I didn't put it.)
Step 4: after putting all the materials in, cover the pressure cooker and boil it over high heat. When you hear the squeak of the pressure cooker, turn down the fire. (the size of the fire is to ensure that it is always boiling.)
Step 5: cook for about 20-30 minutes, then turn off the heat. (because the bones are hard, it takes a longer time to cook. I'm the kind that all the bones are crisp, so I can eat everything. It's environmentally friendly ~) 7. When the pressure cooker goes down, open the lid and put in the soybeans to cook for a few minutes (soybeans can also be cooked together with other raw materials, because my dear don't like to eat the cooked soybeans, so I'm afraid it's not easy I put it last.)
Step 6: add salt, chicken essence and pepper at the end
Step 7: OK, a pot of nutritious, sweet and delicious soup!

If there is no pressure cooker at home, the soup that can be boiled in casserole will be more fragrant and stronger!!
