DIY rice cake

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the glutinous rice and rice according to the ratio of 1:2, add the right amount of water and salt, and cook them in the electric cooker (press the cook button and do the same operation as when cooking)
Step 2: prepare a square container with a lid (I use a turnbuckle glass lunch box), put a small amount of oil on the container (for the convenience of demoulding), put the cooked rice into the container bit by bit, be sure to put it bit by bit, and then add rice after pressing, and then add rice according to pressing. Until the container is full, cover it and put it in the fridge when it's cold. You can fry it in the morning.
Step 3: demould first, and then cut into pieces you need.
Step 4: add proper amount of oil into the oil pan. When the oil is warm, turn down the heat and fry the rice cake until golden.

Note: when cooking, try to add a small amount of salt, otherwise the cooked rice is too salty, and then fried, the salty taste in the rice will be strong again. If you like to eat older rice cake, you can fry it for a while. If you like to eat younger rice cake, you can fry it until the skin is golden.
