Kumquat Tea
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the kumquat in light salt water for more than one hour, and clean the skin.
Step 2: cut in half and dig out the seeds one by one.
Step 3: pour kumquat and rock sugar into the pot and add water. (no more than kumquat)
Step 4: bring the heat to a boil and turn to a low heat.
Step 5: take out the kumquat, cool it a little, and beat it into granules with the cooking machine.
Step 6: return the kumquat puree to the pot, stir well, and continue to cook over low heat.
Step 7: when the kumquat puree becomes thicker and darker, squeeze in half of the lemon juice and mix well,
Step 8: until the kumquat puree is thick, leave the fire to warm, then add 200g honey and mix well.
Step 9: put it into a sealed bottle and store it in the refrigerator.

Honey: 200g
