Fried water chestnut with shrimp

Fried water chestnut with shrimp

Introduction:

"I remember when we were young, we used to eat boiled water chestnuts. At that time, there were not so many delicious dishes as there are now. A bowl of boiled water chestnuts was the slandered snack of our sisters. When I was a child, I didn't use water chestnut to cook, because it was very troublesome. It's better to cook and eat it directly. Of course, I don't even need to cook, so I peel and eat it raw. The taste of crispy and sweet can't be forgotten until now. The phosphorus content in water chestnut is higher than that in rhizome vegetables. It can promote the growth and development of human body and maintain the physiological function. It is good for the development of teeth and bones. It can also promote the metabolism of sugar, fat and protein in the body and regulate the acid-base balance. Therefore, water chestnut is most suitable for children
