Love Japanese Bento

Love Japanese Bento

Introduction:

"Dad doesn't have a canteen where he works, and he's lazy. He won't eat without lunch... It's very convenient for me to have a car. At noon, I made a lunch for my father and my mother, who are very close to work

Production steps:

Step 1: Braised mutton is stewed in a pressure cooker in the morning. It can be used when directly packed in a box, and the rice is steamed

Step 2: make a thin slice of fresh chicken breast meat, and wrap it with pork, mushrooms, carrots, onions, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt. Then roll it up into a spring cake, fix it with toothpick, steam it in cage drawer for 15 minutes, take it out and fry it in a pan until it turns slightly yellow. Cool it and cut into thick slices~~

Blanch the vegetables in about 3 minutes

Step 4: I use my poor taste experience: I use meijixian, Laochou and honey to make Japanese style zhaoshao sauce, which tastes similar to real zhaoshao sauce.... Set the rice as the center, place the braised mutton and chicken rolls, garnish them with vegetables, sprinkle the chicken rolls with sauce, and finally sprinkle the rice with black sesame seeds~

Materials required:

Braised mutton: 100g

Sun egg: 1

Rice: 150g

Japanese zhaoshao chicken roll: 1

Carrot: 2 slices

Broccoli: 3 small flowers

Mushroom: one

Salt: 1g

Japanese zhaoshao sauce: a small dish

Black Sesame: a handful

Note: I personally don't think it's necessary to go out and buy a little soy sauce and a teaspoon of meijixian, and a teaspoon of honey. It tastes better when I make it myself... I hope you like it~

Production difficulty: simple

Process: firing

Production time: three quarters of an hour

Taste: salty and fresh
