Corn oil: right amount

Black pepper: right amount

Weihaomei ginger onion garlic powder: appropriate amount

Note: my minced meat is left over from wonton. It's already tasted, so there's no seasoning when I stir fry it. When making fried rice, you can directly put the meat powder into the pot, add cooking wine, white pepper, ginger, chicken essence, soy sauce, stir fry, and then shovel out for use. Sprouts already have a salty taste. Don't add salt when frying rice. Just add proper amount of soy sauce to taste.

Production difficulty: simple

Technology: stir fry

Production time: half an hour

Taste: salty and fresh
