We have picked them several times, but there are only a few at a time. We usually like to eat soft pig feet, so it takes a little longer to cook them. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chopped pig feet.
Pig's trotters and Baijiu in the second step: Boil the pig's hoof with water.
Step 3: wash the blanched pig's feet with clean water.
Step 4: prepare ginger slices, scallions and dried peppers.
Step 5: This is my favorite Sufu for making Sufu pig's feet.

Step 9: it seems that there is no oil in the process of stir frying, but it is dry. Maybe I put less oil in the beginning, so at this time, I can add rock sugar to stir fry, and then directly add ginger, scallion and dry pepper.
Step 10: mash the Sufu and pour it into the pot. Add proper amount of thirteen spices, cooking wine and soy sauce. Because both Sufu and soy sauce have a salty taste, and I put a lot of Sufu juice, so I don't put any more salt.
Step 11: stir fry evenly, this time look at the color is quite appetite.
Step 12: put in hot water without pig's hoof. After the water boils, simmer for about 2 hours on low heat. We like to eat very soft pig's hoof, so we cook it for a long time. Finally, collect the juice over high fire, put some chicken essence and sesame oil before cooking.
