Fried Tofu with meat
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: mix the fat and lean pork with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper, onion, ginger water and starch, and marinate for half an hour.
Step 2: soak the oily tofu in boiling water, wash it with clean water, squeeze out the water, cut a thin side of each oily tofu, and empty the tofu inside. Be careful not to tear it.
Step 3: cut carrot, mushroom, green pepper, ham and Auricularia auricula into small pieces. The corn is cooked and peeled.
Step 4: put the marinated minced meat into the oily tofu, do not fill it, steam for 20 minutes.
Step 5: take out the oily tofu, add carrots, mushrooms, green peppers, ham, diced agaric and corn into the oily tofu, drop a few drops of salad oil in turn, and steam for 5 minutes.
