Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: steam the purple sweet potato, remove the skin, put it into the fresh-keeping bag, knead it into flour, and put it into the basin

Step 2: use 1.5g yeast to bloom in warm water, pour into the basin, and add 150g flour.

Step 3: knead into a smooth purple dough, the remaining flour and yeast also knead into a white dough

Step 4: roll the dough into dough skin and cut it into rectangle with knife

Step 5: surplus purple dough will be left, knead into a small ball

Step 6: sprinkle some water between the two pieces of dough, overlap them and roll them up

Step 7: cut into small pieces, flatten them by hand, and roll them into dough

Step 8: include the ball in step 5

Step 9: ferment in a pot with warm water for 1 hour

Step 10: after fermentation, steam over medium high heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat for 3 minutes and remove the lid

Step 11: cut and see

Note: the first time using a fermentation method, I think it's not bad, the tissue is also soft, cut inside is purple, very beautiful!
