Red crab sausage and cabbage casserole

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash Chinese cabbage and cut into sections.

Step 2: Bacon, sausage slices.

Step 3: wash the red blind crab, open it and remove impurities.

Step 4: take the casserole, put in the right amount of water, put down the cabbage.

Step 5: put down the blind crab.

Step 6: add ginger, scallion, cooking wine and oil.

Step 7: add bacon and sausage.

Step 8: bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 9: put down the lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Step 10: add pepper, salt and scallion.

Red blind crab: 2

Chinese cabbage: 350g

Cooked sausage: 75g

Cooked bacon: 75g

Oil: right amount

Salt: right amount

Ginger: right amount

Scallion: right amount

Cooking wine: moderate

Pepper: right amount

Note: 1. Because my casserole is relatively small, I'll cook it for a few minutes first. When the dish is wilted, I'll put the crab cover on it. If the casserole is big enough, I can cook it all at the beginning. 2. If the bacon is fat, I don't need oil.
