Chicken and vermicelli
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and shred the chicken.
Step 2: add some salt and mix well.

Step 10: heat the oil in the pan and saute the minced ginger.
Step 11: pour in shredded chicken and spread.
Step 12: pour in the soy sauce and stir well.
Step 13: add proper amount of stock and bring to a boil.
Step 14: pour shredded chicken and soup on the fans.
Step 15: bring the water to a boil and add the golden needle vermicelli; steam for 10 minutes.
Step 16: heat the oil in another pot and saute the garlic.
Step 17: pour the steamed soup into the pot.
Step 18: add the chopped red pepper.
Step 19: season with soy sauce.
Step 20: pour in starch juice and thicken.
Step 21: pour the sauce on the shredded chicken.
Step 22: Sprinkle with scallions. Drizzle with sesame oil; mix well when eating.

Note: 1, chicken with cooking wine pickled as tender. 2. The chicken can be steamed directly without frying. 3. Chicken, Flammulina velutipes are very fresh, do not need to add other condiments.
