Production steps:

Step 1: a section of lotus root, 200g fresh meat, 40g green onion, 20g ginger, one egg.

Step 2: wash the lotus root and peel it.

Step 3: mince.

Step 4: cut green onion and ginger.

Step 6: pour into a large bowl.

Step 7: add starch, five spice powder, salt and soy sauce.

Note: don't make small meatballs too big. Slow fry over low heat, easy to cook.
