Walnut round cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: 115g low gluten flour, 15ml whole egg liquid, 75g edible oil, 60g sugar powder, 50g walnut kernel.

Step 3: chop the walnuts.

Step 5: mix well.

Step 9: pour in the powder and stir well. Knead into dough by hand.
Step 10: shape the dough into a cylinder with a diameter of 3.5cm by hand, and freeze it in the refrigerator until hard (about 1 hour).
Step 11: cut the frozen dough into 0.7cm thick slices with a knife.
Step 12: cut and put into the baking tray.
Step 13: put into the preheated oven, 165 degrees, middle layer, about 20 minutes, until the surface is slightly golden.

Note: Biscuit germ into the baking tray, biscuit gap to stay larger, because baking will expand some.
