Production steps:

Step 1: wash the leeks, drain the water and chop them.

Step 2: wash and chop the soaked fungus.

Step 3: remove the mud from the shrimp, wash and drain. Take 4 eggs, stir fry and chop.

Step 4: put chopped leeks, agaric, eggs and shrimps into the basin, and add ginger.

Step 5: add sesame oil and peanut oil into the frying pan, bake the pepper over low heat, filter out the pepper with a sieve, and pour the oil into the stuffing to mix well.

Step 6: add a raw egg to the stuffing and mix well.

Step 7: mix the dough and wake up for 30 minutes to make a small dosage form and roll it into skin.

Step 8: add salt to the stuffing and start making dumplings.

Step 9: add a little salt to the water when cooking. Put the dumplings in the water after boiling. Open the lid first and cook a little. Add cold water and then cover and boil.

Note: Vegetarian dumplings can be boiled three times at most, I usually boil two times.
