The auspicious dish of "great fortune" -- braised radish with barbecued pork sauce
Introduction:
"Barbecued pork with bright color and rich fragrance is my specialty, and its popularity in my family is second to none, so barbecued pork sauce has become one of the necessary seasonings in my family. When I opened the refrigerator and saw the remaining half bottle of sauce from the last barbecue, I suddenly used it to cook a plate of red radish, with green broccoli, and got a very auspicious name of "good luck in the head". I also take this opportunity to wish you all good luck in the coming New year
Production steps:
Step 1: preparation materials: wash radish, remove the skin, cut broccoli into small flowers, slice ginger, garlic and scallion.
Step 2: cut the radish into square pieces.
Step 3: put oil in the pot, heat well, stir fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Step 4: stir fry radish after fragrant.
Step 5: stir fry for one minute, then add oyster sauce and barbecue sauce.
Step 6: stir fry the sauce and add the shallot.
Step 7: pour in a proper amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer over low heat.
Step 8: while stewing radish, boil a pot of boiling water, add a little oil and salt, blanch the broccoli and take it out.
