Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: soak the dried radish well, then cut it into about 1cm cubes and set aside.
Soybeans were brewed in advance last night.
Chop ginger and set aside.

Step 2: put a little cooking oil in the wok and stir fry a little more.

Step 3: heat the oil, add a star anise, ginger powder, pepper powder and saute until fragrant.

When stewing the radish, you must have more water. 3. Because you have put the raw soy sauce and the old soy sauce before, you must put less salt, and you'd better try it later
