Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the material.
Step 2: wash cucumber, peel and cut into small sections, wash spareribs and cut into long strips.
Step 3: add eggs and starch to the ribs.
Step 4: stir well and set aside.
Step 5: add scallion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, sugar, sesame oil and chicken essence into a small bowl.
