Spinach bun with egg skin

Introduction:

"Fresh, light and refreshing"

Production steps:

Step 1: break up the eggs and spread them into 2 thin egg slices in a non stick pan.

Step 2: stir fry spinach in boiling water for 330 seconds, remove and cool, chop, add seasoning and mix well.
