Braised hairtail
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and dry hairtail, cut into small pieces.
Step 2: mix all the ingredients and make a bowl of juice.
Step 3: heat in non stick pan, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil, add hairtail, fry hairtail over low heat until both sides are slightly yellow.
Step 4: pour in the seasoning and bring to a boil.

Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
Weilin: 4 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Water: 4 tablespoons
Note: Weilin is a kind of Japanese seasoning, which can replace cooking wine, sugar and monosodium glutamate. It can add color, taste and freshness to the food and remove the fishy smell. Generally, it can be bought in the entrance area of supermarkets. There is no way to increase the consumption of cooking wine, sugar and soy sauce.
