Production steps:
Step 1: wash the black beans and soak them in cold water for about 8 hours. Rinse the spareribs and set aside.
Step 2: Boil the spareribs in boiling water with cooking wine for 2 minutes, wash and put them into the pressure cooker.
Step 3: pour the black beans and water into the pressure cooker.
Step 4: prepare three pieces of ginger and two pieces of garlic, and put them into the seasoning bag. (it can also be directly put into the pressure cooker)
Step 5: put the seasoning bag into the spareribs and black beans, add a small amount of sugar, a spoonful of soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine.
Step 6: add more water to the food, cover it, boil it over high heat, and turn it down for about 15 minutes.
