Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: spareribs, fungus, ginger and onion, Siji sauce, cornmeal, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine.
Step 2: mix the spareribs with seasoned sauce, cornmeal, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, a little peanut oil and marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 4: marinate the spareribs for 20 minutes.
