Fish flavored liver tips
Introduction:
"Yuxiang Ganjian" is a Sichuan dish with a meal, and pig liver has the function of nutrition and health care, which is one of the most ideal blood tonic products. Production steps:
Step 1: cut pig liver into slices, add starch and size.
Step 2: slice carrot and green pepper.
Step 3: cut onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces.
Step 4: take a bowl of water, starch, soy sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar and cooking wine and mix them into a bowl of juice.
Step 5: blanch carrot and green pepper.
Step 6: blanch the pig liver slices.
Step 7: add oil into the pan and saute the pickled peppers.
Step 8: stir fry onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Step 9: stir fry the pork liver in boiling water.
Step 10: pour in a bowl of juice.
Step 11: add the blanched vegetables and stir fry until the soup is concentrated.

Carrot: 50g
Salt: 2G
Pickled peppers: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 5g
Vinegar: 3 G
Soy sauce: 5g
Starch: appropriate amount
Scallion: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Garlic: right amount
Cooking wine: moderate
Note: pig liver has peculiar smell, you can add more garlic and cooking wine to remove the peculiar smell.
