Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the dried soybean into pieces as shown in the picture.
Step 2: Chop scallion, red pepper and ginger, chop lean meat and set aside.
Step 3: cut green onion into sections.
Step 4: take the oil pan, deep fry the dried soybeans until golden, remove and drain the oil.
Step 5: leave oil pan, stir fry ingredients, sprinkle with appropriate amount of water.

Step 8: put in the green onion section, turn to high heat and stir fry lightly.

Ginger: right amount
Scallion: right amount
Red pepper: right amount
Wet raw powder: appropriate amount
Soy sauce: right amount
Hunan chili sauce: right amount
Chicken essence: appropriate amount
Note: you can put more onion if you like. Friends who don't like to eat shallots can change to leeks. The practice is the same.
