Appetizer and spleen invigorating Chen Shen congee
Introduction:
"Chen Shen is a special food in Guangdong, that is, cured duck kidney. It is warm in nature and sweet in taste. It has the function of invigorating the spleen and clearing stagnation. People in Guangdong often use it to cook porridge to assist in the treatment of anorexia in children and the elderly. I especially like the porridge made from preserved duck kidney. It tastes salty, fragrant and delicious
Production steps:
Step 1: preparation materials: 2 chenshen, a small piece of lean meat, half a bowl of rice, a large piece of ginger and a green onion.
Step 2: wash the rice twice, add water to soak for half an hour, wash the chenshen and soak for half an hour
Step 3: mince the lean meat and mix it with proper amount of salt and oil. Shred ginger, put half in the meat, and mix well, add a spoonful of oil to mix well, finally add the right amount of cornflour and water to mix well.
Step 4: soak the kidney and cut it into thin skin.
Step 5: put 8% full water in the casserole, bring to a boil (pay attention to the fire to avoid overflow), put in the soaked rice, chenshen and the remaining shredded ginger.
Step 6: bring to a boil, turn to the minimum heat and continue to cook for 1.5 hours.
Step 7: then pour in the minced meat, and quickly spread it with chopsticks.
Step 8: when the porridge rolls away again, turn off the heat immediately and add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
