Cowpea egg cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the cowpeas, then blanch them in hot water and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2: prepare two eggs and some flour.
Step 3: then put the above materials together, add salt and five spice powder to make a paste.
Step 4: heat the electric cake pan, apply a layer of oil, and then spread the batter evenly on it.
Step 5: stir fry the omelette until it's on the opposite side.

Cowpea: 200g
Eggs: 2
Flour: right amount
Oil: right amount
Salt: right amount
Five spice powder: appropriate amount
Note: beans are easy to taste after hot water
