Production steps:
Step 1: mix the glutinous rice flour and japonica rice flour in the ratio of 2:1.
Step 2: soak and wash the jujube, remove the core and chop it.
Step 3: put the red dates into the mixed powder, and then add sugar.
Step 4: add warm water and stir.
Step 5: add the bean paste and stir well.
Step 6: fill the biscuit mold with the mixture and pour it out gently. You can poke it out with your finger.
Step 7: This is the red jujube bean paste cake.
Step 8: spread a layer of gauze on the steamer and steam the red jujube bean paste cake for 20 minutes.

Note: japonica rice flour is the flour ground from rice eaten at home. I grind it slowly in my own home grinder.
