Introduction:

"On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the 27th day of class, I decided to take my lunch with me. So I decided to take hamburger meat cake tomorrow. It's more convenient and delicious."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Step 2: mash garlic, cut onion, green pepper and bean curd into powder, melt butter (MMM ~ 27, I'm too lazy to melt butter ~ hee hee ~) and set aside. Pour in the flour, the batter, the egg, the batter.

Step 3: with chopsticks, stir all the ingredients in one direction until they are completely mixed together.

Step 4: add all the remaining ingredients into the stirred meat sauce, and stir well again.

Step 5: make a round Patty about 1cm thick (or any other shape).

Step 6: put it on a baking tray with tin foil.

Step 7: put the baking tray in the preheated oven, 200 ℃, middle layer, heat up and down, bake for 12-15 minutes, turn it over, and bake for about 8 minutes.

Step 8: another show~~~

Materials required:

Lean minced pork: 300g

Butter: 30g

Egg: 1

White onion: 20g

Garlic: 2 cloves

Flour: 15g

Red pepper: 1 / 3

Green pepper: 1 / 3

Tofu: 15g

Cooking wine: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: 1 / 2 teaspoon

Salt: 1 / 2 teaspoon

Chili powder: 1 / 2 teaspoon

Note: 1, meat to choose lean point, otherwise when baking will flow out more oil, and will cover the flavor of butter. 2. Tofu can be added or not according to personal taste. 3. When the meat stuffing is stirred, it can only be stirred in one direction until it is sticky. Only in this way can the patty be more uniform and not scattered. 4. If you like the smell of scorch, you can add a little time when baking. Don't burn it! 5. Mince can be pork, mutton or beef. 6. Vegetables, you can increase or decrease according to your preference, but you must cut them into small pieces! The prepared hamburger patty can be used as the stuffing in the hamburger, or it can be eaten directly ~ it's quite a multi-purpose Patty! I wish you a good appetite. See you next time~~~
