Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: cut tofu into slices of uniform thickness.

Step 2: wash and slice the carrot.

Step 3: cut onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Precautions: 1. It's better to fry tofu in a non stick pan. It's not fragile. 2. Salt can not be put, according to the degree of saltiness.
