Production steps:
Step 1: first of all, mix the chili sauce with sugar and other seasonings.

Note: 1. When frying the small fish, the fire can be a little bit bigger and the time can be longer, so that it will be more scorched (mine is not a real small silver fish, the real one should be longer, and there are thinner ones than mine, in short, the frying time should be based on the size of the small fish); 2. If you like spicy, you can put some chili noodles when frying ~ very fragrant.
