Braised bean curd with crab seed sauce
Introduction:
"Crab seed sauce is a local specialty. It's delicious but not salty. It's made of crab seeds and some crabs. The mud is delicate and smooth. It's very good for raw and fried food."
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tofu into large pieces and change the knife into a triangle.
Step 2: put a little oil in the pan and fry the tofu until both sides are brown.
Step 3: pull the fried tofu aside and add crab seed sauce.
Step 4: mix with tofu and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 5: add appropriate amount of water, cook and taste.
Step 6: hook in a little water starch.
Step 7: add onion to make pot.
Materials required:
Tofu: 240g
Scallion: right amount
Crab seed sauce: right amount
Note: 1, crab seed sauce has salt, so tofu need not salt. 2. Tofu doesn't absorb oil, so don't add too much oil when frying.
