Tomato rice
Introduction:
"Today, I specially made a tomato rice which was popular on the Internet recently. In fact, I was just curious whether it was delicious. How to say the taste, not bad! But it's not as exaggerated as the online legend! In other words, the first one to cook this rice must be a lazy man. Tomato rice is simple and delicious! It's suitable for students who don't have enough cooking utensils, or people like me who are lazy and don't want to wash dishes. This version would be better if you put some diced mushrooms, bacon and shrimps in it
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare ingredients and seasonings: rice, tomato, carrot, corn, ham sausage, pea, olive oil, salt, black pepper.
Step 2: processing ingredients: dice carrots after peeling, peel corn, rinse green beans, dice ham sausages, wash tomatoes and remove pedicels. After the rice is washed out, add appropriate amount of water. The water is a little less than that of steamed rice, because tomatoes will produce a lot of soup.
Step 3: add appropriate amount of salt.
Step 4: add olive oil.
Step 5: add a little black pepper.
Step 6: put the processed vegetables and ham into the pot, and then add the tomatoes.
Step 7: put in the electric cooker and turn on the cooking mode.
Step 8: cook the rice and simmer for a few minutes before opening the lid.
Step 9: peel the tomato.
Step 10: mash the peeled tomatoes with a rice shovel.
Step 11: mix the mashed tomatoes with the rice in the pan.
Step 12: stir well and the nutritious and delicious tomato rice can be out of the pot.
