Production steps:
Step 1: wash and control the water after soaking the kelp in advance, then roll it into a roll and bind it with cotton thread.
Step 2: soak 100g soybeans in cold water for 3-4 hours in advance, and then control the water for standby.
Step 3: 4 boiled eggs, shell and set aside.
Step 4: scallion, ginger, fragrant leaves, Chinese prickly ash, dried pepper, cinnamon and orange peel are ready.
Step 5: put 2 / 3 amount of water into the soup pot, put the spices in step 4 into the pot, and open fire.
Step 6: add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and 3 tbsp of soy sauce.
Step 7: add the right amount of cooking wine.
Step 8: put the right amount of rock sugar, fresh.
Step 9: put in some old marinade, if not, you can omit it. (see here for the practice of old sauce)
Step 10: bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.
Step 11: when the marinade is cooked, first dip the chopsticks with a little bit of marinade to taste the saltiness. If the saltiness is appropriate, put it into the kelp roll. If it is not appropriate, continue to add salt or soy sauce as needed.
Step 12: drop the beans.
Step 13: put in the boiled eggs. If you want to taste better, you can scratch the surface of the eggs twice.
Step 14: bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low bittern for about 1 hour, then turn off the heat and simmer for 1 hour. In order to make the soybeans taste better, I put the marinated kelp and soybeans in the marinade and refrigerated overnight after stewing and cooling.
Step 15: remove the cotton rope from the marinated kelp and cut it into small rolls.
Step 16: wash and chop coriander.
Step 17: put the sliced kelp and marinated soybeans into the bowl, add coriander, add a little chili oil and vinegar, and mix well.

The stewed ingredients are not necessarily limited to what I said. Try to choose your favorite ingredients for stewing. 3. About the preservation of marinated kelp and soybeans, take a clean and dry fresh box, put such as marinated kelp and soybeans, pour on the marinated food, and then cover it and put it in the refrigerator for storage, try to eat it in a week.
