Production steps:
Step 1: clean the raspberries.
Step 2: pick the fruit pedicle at the back.
Step 3: Sprinkle sugar evenly and stir well.
Step 4: cook slowly over low heat.
Step 5: skim the froth during boiling.
Step 6: cook until the jam thickens, add a tablespoon of glucose syrup.
Step 7: cook until lemon jam is ripe.
Step 8: cool and bottle.
Materials required:
Raspberry: 500g
Fine granulated sugar: 250g
Glucose syrup: 1 tablespoon
Lemon: half
Note: * the wild raspberry I use is slightly sour. If the raspberry is not so sour, reduce the amount of sugar appropriately. *Add a little glucose syrup to make the jam thick and reach the setting point quickly, or you don't need it. *The jam bottle should be clean. It's better to boil and disinfect.
