Production steps:
Step 1: in a bowl, add flour, salt and water and stir until a soft dough is formed. Pour the dough on the floured board and knead for a while. Then divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap.
Step 2: take a small dough and roll it very thin with a rolling pin, but don't break it. Sprinkle the sugar powder evenly, fold it into small squares, and then roll it with a rolling pin until it is very thin.
Step 3: place a frying pan on a medium heat, brush thin oil, put the rolled pancakes in, fry each side for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until golden. Eat while it's hot.
Step 4: repeat the above steps until all the dough balls have been rolled and fried.
