Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: slice ginger and garlic, cut dried pepper into sections.
Step 2: clean all the ingredients, cut the frozen tofu into triangle shape after thawing, and squeeze out the excess water. Sliced carrot, sliced garlic and green onion.
Step 3: heat the oil in a hot pan. After the oil is heated, pour in all the seasonings and a small part of the scallions cut into sections, and stir fry them over low heat.
