Glutinous rice balls
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the glutinous rice in advance for at least 4 hours; (I start to soak it after lunch and use it for cooking in the evening.)
Step 2: prepare materials
Step 3: Chop green onion, ginger, potato and carrot; dice salted egg yolk according to your preference;
Step 4: add minced onion, ginger, potato and carrot into minced pork, then add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and oil to taste and stir well; (you can add some other seasonings as you like)
Step 5: drain the glutinous rice; take the right amount of minced meat, wrap a piece of salted egg yolk in the middle, and rub it back and forth; then coat the outer layer with glutinous rice evenly;
Step 6: after cooking, put it into the electric cooker to steam at the same time. When the rice is cooked, the meatballs will be OK. (it also takes about 30 minutes to cook separately.)

Salted egg yolk: 3
Salt: right amount

Raw oil: proper amount
Note: minced pork less fat, otherwise it will be very greasy to eat;
