Fresh lily is fresh, sweet and crisp. It retains the original flavor of Lily and is suitable for cooking. It is usually made with ginkgo, lotus root slices, carrot slices, agaric and celery. Stir fry the ingredients with water and drain them. Then stir fry them in another oil pan (lower temperature). Add appropriate salt and sugar and thicken them. It must be thickened or it will be too dry. Dried lily has lost its original taste of fresh, sweet and crisp. It is only suitable for making sugar water and stew. In addition, there will be sulfur bleaching in the processing of dried lily, so it needs to be soaked for a long time, otherwise it will have sour and astringent taste.
