Production steps:

Step 2: add the right amount of flour, you can use chopsticks to mix well; then gently into dough, I just knead casually. Pay attention not to rub too long, otherwise the hair is not so good.
Step 3: This is the fermented dough. The softer the noodles, the softer the steamed bread. You can rub it and then wake up for half an hour.
Step 4: This is after I do it well, and the process is omitted. The main thing is to add rock sugar to the dough. It tastes great!
Step 5: make a red bean pie by the way! Red beans are cooked in an electric rice cooker.
