Crisp and tender shredded tripe
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: clean the pork tripe.
Step 2: prepare star anise and cinnamon.
Step 3: cut the scallion into segments and slice it.
Step 4: blanch the cleaned pork tripe.
