Braised Crispy Tofu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: slice tofu and fry it in electric pan.
Step 2: Fry tofu until golden on both sides.
Step 3: wash the cabbage and cut into strips.
Step 4: put proper amount of oil into the pot, heat the oil, add onion and ginger, and stir until fragrant.
Step 5: stir fry the cabbage.
Step 6: add soy sauce.
Step 7: add five spice powder.
Step 8: add salt.

Soy sauce: right amount

MSG: right amount
Note: 1 tofu should not be cut too thick, otherwise it is not easy to taste. If your pot is also non stick pot, you can put tofu into the pot directly without oil like me, and fry it golden, which is more healthy. If not, you'd better put some oil.
