Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients and cut the tofu into cubes.
Step 2: pour oil in a hot pot, saute onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Step 3: stir fry the bean paste until fragrant.
Step 4: add tofu and stir well.
Step 5: boil for three or four minutes.
Step 6: thicken with starch.
