Production steps:
Step 1: cut the dried tofu into rectangle.
Step 2: wash coriander and cut into sections.
Step 3: put coriander on the dried tofu.
Step 4: roll up from the bottom.
Step 5: dress into a string of tofu.
Step 6: brush the electric cake pan with a layer of oil and preheat it.
Step 7: fry the tofu string on the electric pan.
Step 8: brush a layer of oil on the tofu string.
Step 9: press with a shovel.
Step 10: brush both sides of tofu string with Korean chili sauce.
Step 11: press again with the shovel.

Note: 1 coriander do not roll too much, dry tofu do not roll too thick, otherwise not easy to taste. 2. When frying, the bean curd string can be heated evenly by pressing with a shovel. The seasoning you sprinkle can be changed according to your hobbies.
