Mango yogurt drink
Introduction:
"[mango lassis] this drink is very popular in Southeast Asia, especially in Indian restaurants in Malaysia. In the shop, homemade yoghurt is used, and some fresh fruits such as orange, mango and honeydew melon are added to make lassis. This is a very helpful drink for intestinal tract. Lactic acid bacteria can help intestinal peristalsis and digestion. Do at home, of course, fruit is seasoned, drink up fruit flavor special fragrance; with honey can moisten the skin is not dry. Production steps:
Step 1: take out the flesh of mango after peeling, and weigh 250 grams of net flesh.
