Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put the dough materials into the bread maker in the order of liquid, seasoning, flour and yeast, and start the dough mixing procedure. One of the dough mixing procedures of my bread maker is 15 minutes. The dough surface is smooth. If a dough mixing program fails, add another one.
Step 2: after the dough is fermented to twice the size, exhaust, round and let stand for 15 minutes.
Step 3: roll the dough into a cake, I roll it into a square and put it on the baking tray directly. Cut the dough into small slits, brush it with olive oil, put the garlic slices into the slits, sprinkle with vanilla, black pepper, I also put a little mozzarella cheese and bacon, and finally ferment for 20 minutes.
Step 4: put the final fermented bread into the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 200 ℃ for 20 minutes. If the color on the surface is not good, move it to the upper layer and bake for 3-5 minutes.
Step 5: the organization is very soft. Just out of the oven when the surface is crisp, garlic with the aroma of spices, really delicious. The bread was soft the next day. It's definitely worth a try. I can eat half a plate every time I make a big one~~~~

Note: long winded: 1. Simple, because the dough does not need to be kneaded to the full development stage, and the production process is not complicated. The last 20 minutes of fermentation will be enough; 2. If there is no spice, you can not put it, but some spices are really delicious, I put oregano and thyme. I've tried to knead the spices into the dough to feel better; 3. There's another way to use black olives instead of garlic slices, which I haven't tried. I'll try it next time.
