Mango Sago
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: pour sago into boiling water and cook. Turn off the heat when there is still a little white heart in the middle. Simmer for 10 minutes until there is no white heart, then rinse with cold water.
Step 3: simply rinse the mango, and then put it on the chopping board, that is, let the core and the chopping board be vertical, then take the core as the center, cut a knife on the right side close to the core, and the mango is divided into two parts. According to the same cutting method, cut a knife on the left side of the fruit core. The knife should be close to the mango core as much as possible. The mango will be divided into three parts: two pieces of mango flesh and one piece of mango core.
Step 4: make a few longitudinal cuts on the mango pulp. The next cut should not be too heavy. It's better to cut the pulp without breaking the skin. A few more cuts in the horizontal direction, and all the strokes are done.
Step 5: directly along the "Mango flower" gap with a fruit knife to pick the pulp. Beat 2 / 3 mango meat and yogurt into mango pulp.
Step 6: pour the mango paste into the bowl, add the mango grains, good-looking and delicious sago QQ ball.

Note: when beating mango meat, you can add some sugar water properly, and don't add any if you don't like it. Sago is a kind of reprocessed product originally from Thailand, similar to our vermicelli and noodles. It's not grown, it's made of starch. Its main ingredient is starch, so it will disperse when it is soaked in cold water. Sago must be thrown into boiling water to keep its shape intact.
