Production steps:
Step 1: mix the white miso, soy sauce and lemon juice, add 1 tbsp of water and continue to stir to form the marinade for the salmon. Cut the salmon into two pieces and marinate for 15 minutes
Step 2: put the salted salmon in the red pot
Step 3: fry both sides for one minute
Step 4: bake in a 200 degree oven for five minutes
Step 5: dilute the remaining marinade with proper amount of water, bake the salmon for 5 minutes, then take it out, sprinkle with onion and marinade, and bake for another 3 minutes

Materials required:
Salmon steak: 1 piece
Onion: right amount
White miso: 1 tbsp
Raw soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Water: moderate
Note: if you don't like to use the oven, you can directly fry the salmon in a non stick pan, and then sprinkle with the boiled onion and marinade
