Production steps:

Step 1: cut scallion and coriander into sections, and cut cucumber into shreds.

Step 2: cut the potatoes into 1cm thick strips.

Step 3: put a little oil into the pan, add pepper noodles and scallion into the frying pan, add potato chips, stir fry for a few seconds, fill in water, and stir fry the potato chips.

Step 4: wash the leaves of Chinese cabbage and control the moisture.

Step 5: pour a little oil into the pot and stir fry the peanuts over low heat until they are cooked.

Step 6: after the potatoes are cooked, grind them into mud.

Step 7: cook the rice.

Step 8: put the rice into the mashed potatoes and stir well. Add scallion, coriander and peanuts and continue to stir.

Step 9: finally add the bean paste and caviar, and stir well.

Step 10: take a Chinese cabbage leaf and put in the rice.

Step 11: fold both sides of the cabbage leaves to the middle by hand. Make it into a rice bag.

Step 12: the rice bag is finished.

Cabbage leaves: 5 pieces

Peanuts: right amount

Bean paste: right amount

Caviar: right amount

Scallion: right amount

Coriander: moderate

Salt: right amount
