Introduction:

Screws are cheap and of good quality, and have high nutritional value. It's a high protein, low-fat food. It has the effect of clearing away heat, relieving thirst, diuresis and improving eyesight

Production steps:

Step 1: clean the screws.

Step 2: soak in water for one day, add a small amount of sesame oil and a little salt to the water, let the screw spit mud, and change the water 3 to 4 times.

Step 3: drain the water.

Step 4: prepare onion, ginger and garlic.

Step 5: pour oil into the pan and saute pepper.

Step 6: stir fry the pepper in Pixian County to get the red oil.

Step 7: stir fry onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

The eighth step: pour the cleaned screws into the stir fry evenly and cook the baijiu.

Step 9: add sugar sauce, oil salt and proper amount of water.

Step 10: heat until the soup is concentrated. Soak in the soup for 1 hour.

Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount

Soy sauce: right amount

Note: in order to make the screw spit mud, you can add sesame oil or salt into the water soaked to the screw.
