Another pineapple season: pineapple shrimp balls

Introduction:

Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits. I like juicy, sour and sweet fruits. When pineapple season comes, I always buy a lot to eat and make some vegetables. Production steps:

Step 10: pour in the pineapple juice immediately. Stir fry evenly and wrap in the juice.

Pineapple: moderate

Fresh shrimp: right amount

Salt: right amount

Sugar: right amount

Starch: appropriate amount

Note: * Don't fry the shrimp for too long, crispy outside and tender inside. *I'm afraid pineapple juice is too sour. I put a little sugar in it. I'm not afraid of acid, so I don't need sugar. *Pineapple can also not be dug into a ball, dug into a ball feel beautiful.
