Family version of paella
Introduction:
"I made a paella today. It's not as rich as Spanish paella. It's more homely and important. It's real."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash 12 South American shrimps, slide them in oil pan, change color slightly, take out and set aside.
Step 2: the curry is the medium spicy of Baishi, which is easy to buy in the supermarket.
Step 3: add onion, ginger and curry in another pot, add green beans and stir fry.
Step 4: add the cut squid and stir fry.
Step 5: pour in the prepared rice, soak the rice for 5 minutes, and sprinkle scallops and prawns on the rice evenly.
Step 6: pour in white wine to remove the smell.
Step 7: pour in the prepared broth. If you don't have chicken soup, you can use a thick soup.
Step 8: basically flush with the pan.
Step 9: Sprinkle with pepper and chili powder.
Step 10: simmer for 15-20 minutes until the soup is thick. Cover the whole process without turning the bottom of the pot.
Step 11: the soup has been boiled, and the rice is completely cooked. Because of the home practice, we didn't choose the method of sandwich.
